# USPS - Change Of Address

Moving can be a stressful experience and it is easy to overlook details that may seem minor in the beginning but can end up costing you a lot of time and inconvenience in the long run.  Changing Of Address can be such a task.  Now you can avoid a trip to the post office and do the entire process online.

Step 1: [Visit www.usps.com](https://www.usps.com/)

Step 2: In the menu on the left, click on [Change Your Address](https://moversguide.usps.com/icoa/home/icoa-main-flow.do?execution=e4s1&_flowId=icoa-main-flow&referral=MG82)

Step 3: Follow the easy on-screen instructions to enter your old and new information

Step 4: You will receive an email confirmation once information is submitted.  Click on the link in the email to verify information.

 

# DMV Change of Address

Step 1: Visit the [Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles](http://www.massrmv.com/) site

Step 2: Click on Online Services in the main menu at the top, and then [Change of Address](https://secure.rmv.state.ma.us/changeofaddress/Intro.aspx)

Step 3: Follow the easy on-screen instructions to enter your old and new information
