BMC has been honored with HMS’s “Agent Of The Year Award” for 2010. Each year HMS recognizes the top line haul producing agent with this award. As an individual agent, BMC was responsible for 18.75% of HMS’s total line haul in 2010.
BMC has also been honored with HMS’s “Customer Service Award” for 2010. After each job, HMS requests customer surveys which allow their customers to rate their services using a 5 star rating system, based on 5 major points; professionalism, quality, service, value and overall satisfaction. Each year HMS recognizes the agent with the highest overall ratings.
As an individual agent, BMC received 217 customer surveys, which had an overall average rating of 4.89 stars out of a possible 5.0 star rating.
